the owners are really friendly. the breakfast was amazing!!! the room was very clean. the bin was emptied daily, and toilet roll was replaced regularly.
the bed was a little shaky. i struggle to sleep in any bed but my own. it could benefit from some updating.

breakfast met expectations. it was okay.
the room was too small, i think. the shower leaked all over the floor! i used my bath towels to dry it, but they were still there the next morning, so the room was not serviced.

The location was close to the tram stop. I found the hosts very friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from (i tried almost everything!).
The bar prices were not clearly displayed.

the room was lovely and clean and so homely. the hosts were amazing and the full english breakfast was lovely. i would definitely stay again.

The hosts were very cute and helpful. The cooked breakfast was excellent, I really enjoyed it. They gave great advice about local tram stops. The room was clean and tidy.
The seagulls sometimes made a bit of noise outside. It's something to be aware of.
